Nutritional Values
The Gelato is made up of complete nutritional values. It is a perfect balance between vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates.
The vitamins comes from fruits and other ingredients, the proteins are from nuts, milk etc. carbohydrates from sugar and fat from milk etc.. For calories we must know that every 100gr.of Gelato contains at least 30 gr. of sugar plus little fat from the milk. So for the children this is perfect, and for adults it is perfect too with reasonable moderation.
In our shop, we produce delicious Dia & Light made from sugar free flavors. It has low calories and it's perfect for Diabetics
