Ingredients and Recipes

It is our ingredients that make the real difference from the common tastes. We use pure Vanilla from Madagascar; we also use pure Pistachio nuts from the first Sicilian quality (the best of the World!). We use lemon pastes from the southern coast of Sorrento (the best in Italy) etc.

To produce our Gelato we need the original bases and pastes which we imported straight from Italy, then we use fresh fruits and other ingredients found it at the local market.

For example to make Pistachio we use only the real Gold Quality Pistachio from Sicily. Nocciola (Hazelnut) is the original one from Piemonte region. The apple paste is from Alto Adige region. Chocolate is from Sicily too.We don?t use frozen ingredients.

To make pastries we use most of the same ingredients. Our snacks and foods are exactly the original Italian recipes and ingredients. We buy our bases in Italy and once here we start to prepare our real base. First we use only imported milk or we use local fresh milk depending on what we need to prepare. But the most important thing is the pasteurization, we have professional pasteurizer machine and also if we buy pasteurized milk, we pasteurize it again because we add our bases to make it real creamy, and everything will be much more pure and safe. Only after all this procedure we start to make our delicious Gelato.
